LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT)  (No 41 of 1994)

- TABLE OF PROVISIONS

1.   This Act may be cited as the Land (Planning and Environment) (Consequential Provisions) (Amendment) Act 1994.  
2.   This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.  
3.   In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Land (Planning and Environment) (Consequential Provisions) Act 1991.1  
4.   Section 26 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsections:

 Short title

LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT)
- SECT 1
1.  This Act may be cited as the Land (Planning and Environment) (Consequential Provisions) (Amendment) Act 1994.
 Commencement

LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT)
- SECT 2
2.  This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.
 Principal Act

LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT)
- SECT 3
3.  In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Land (Planning and Environment) (Consequential Provisions) Act 1991.1
 Applications

LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT)

4.  Section 26 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsections:
"(1A)  Subsection (1) ceases to have effect at the expiration of 30
June 1995.
"(1B)  On 1 July 1995, any application made under a provision of a
repealed Act but not determined before that date shall, by force of this
subsection, be deemed to have been refused.".
