INQUIRIES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1996 (NO 19 OF 1996)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Inquiries (Amendment) Act 1996.  
   2.      This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Inquiries Act 1991.1  
   4.      After section 14 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
