INEBRIATES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1991 (NO 14 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Inebriates (Amendment) Act 1991.  
   2.      This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Inebriates Act, 1900 of the State of New South Wales in its application in the Territory.1  
   4.      Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   5.      Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “assaulting women” and substituting “assault”.  
   6.      The Principal Act is amended as set out in the Schedule.
