HEALTH LEGISLATION - SECT 10

10. Section 4 of the Health Complaints Act 1993 is amended—

    (a)     by omitting “or” from paragraph (h) of the definition of “Board” in subsection (1); and

    (b)     by inserting after paragraph (h) of the definition of “Board” in subsection (1) the following paragraphs:

    “(ha)     the Podiatrists Board; or

        (hb)     the Psychologists Board;”.
