GUARDIANSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY - SECT 4

4. Section 24 of the Principal Act is amended—

        (a)     by omitting from subsection (1) “, except the Public Trustee,”; and

        (b)     by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

“(1A) Subsection (1) has effect notwithstanding the Public Trustee Act 1985 .”.
