Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered ActsA person who carries out an analysis of a sample of food for this Act must comply with any requirements of the food standards code relating to the carrying out of analyses.
Note 1 It is presumed that each part of a sample of food divided for the purpose of analysis for this Act is of uniform composition with every other part of the sample, see s 132 (d).
Note 2 A court may order the analysis of a sample of food under s 137.
