ELECTRICITY AND WATER (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 2) 1991 (NO 48 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Electricity and Water (Amendment ) Act (No. 2) 1991.  
   2.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Electricity and Water Act 1988.1  
   3.      Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1) the following definition:“ ‘basic water allowance' means the basic water allowance determined under subsection 48 (1A);”.  
   4.      Section 48 of the Principal Act is amended—
