ELECTRICITY AND WATER (AMENDMENT) (NO 21 OF 1992)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Electricity and Water (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1992.  
   2.      In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears, “Principal Act” means the Electricity and Water Act 1988 .1  
   4.      After section 3 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted in Part I:  
   5.      Section 61 of the Principal Act is repealed.  
   6.      Section 74D of the Principal Act is amended—
