ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) ACT 1995 (NO 33 OF 1995)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment) Act 1995.  
   2.      This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Electoral Act 1992.1  
   4.      Section 151 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   5.      Section 291 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following definition:“ ‘polling place' means—  
   6.      Section 303 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted:  
   7.      Section 304 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   8.      Section 305 of the Principal Act is amended—
