DISCRIMINATION (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 3) - SECT 4

4. Section 80 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the following subsection:

“(2) Evidence of anything said or done in the course of conciliation proceedings in relation to a complaint is not admissible—

        (a)     in subsequent proceedings under this Act; or

        (b)     in proceedings, pursuant to section 94, for the review of a direction or other decision of the Commissioner;

relating to the complaint.”.
