Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts5. (1) A reference in a law of the Territory to the Crimes Act, 1900 of the State of New South Wales in its application in the Territory shall, on and after the commencement of this Act, be read as a reference to the Crimes Act 1900 .
(2) Section 41 of the Interpretation Act 1967 applies in relation to the applied State Act as if the short title specified in section 4 was the short title of the applied State Act as originally passed.
