CRIMES LEGISLATION (STATUS AND CITATION) (NO 6 OF 1992)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Crimes Legislation (Status and Citation) Act 1992.  
   2.      In this Act—“applied State Act” means the Crimes Act, 1900 of the State of New South Wales in its application in the Territory as amended and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act.  
   4.      The applied State Act may be cited as the Crimes Act 1900.
