CRIMINAL INJURIES COMPENSATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1991 (NO 13 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Amendment) Act 1991.  
   2.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 1983.1  
   3.      Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   4.      Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2).  
   5.      Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (1) “$20,000” and substituting “$50,000”.  
   6.      Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   7.      Section 14 of the Principal Act is repealed.  
   8.      Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   9.      After section 29 of the Principal Act the following sections are inserted:  
   10.     The Schedule to the Principal Act is amended—
