NOTE ABOUT SECTION HEADINGS

On the day on which the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 1983 is amended by this Act, headings to sections of that Act are altered as set out in the following table:

Section Alteration

19 Add at the end of the heading “of the Supreme Court”.

20 Insert “of the Supreme Court” after “Registrar”.

21 Add at the end of the heading “of the Supreme Court”.

28 Omit “Registrar's determination”, substitute “determination of Registrar of the Supreme Court”.
