    (f)     by omitting subsection (4).

Section 12A—

        (a)     Omit from subsection (1) “, tobacco or a video” and substituting “or tobacco”.

    (b)     Omit from the definition of “seized item” in subsection (4) “, tobacco or a video” and substituting “or tobacco”.
