CASINO CONTROL (AMENDMENT) ACT 1994 (NO 102 OF 1994)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 1994.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Casino Control Act 1988.1  
   4.      Section 3 is amended by inserting in subsection (1) the following definitions:“ ‘general tax' means tax payable under section 16; ‘junket gaming' means gaming participated in by persons visiting the casino under a junket arrangement; ‘junket tax' means tax payable under section 16A;”.  
   5.      Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   6.      After section 16 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:

   9.      Section 16A of the Principal Act, as inserted by section 6 of this Act, is amended—
