CONSUMER CREDIT (ADMINISTRATION) - SECT 9

    (a)     by omitting from subsection (1) “or a failure to comply with this Act” and substituting “this Act or the Administration Act”;

    (b)     by omitting from subsection (1) “or failure”;

    (c)     by omitting from paragraphs (2) (a) and (b) “155 (1)” and substituting “7 (1) of the Administration Act”; and

    (d)     by omitting from paragraph (2) (c) “or failure to comply with a provision of this Act other than subsection 155 (1)” and substituting “this Act or a provision of the Administration Act, other than subsection 7 (1) of that Act”.
