CONSUMER CREDIT (ADMINISTRATION) - SECT 1

1. This Act may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Administration) (Consequential Provisions) Act 1996.

Commencement

2. (1) Section 1, this section and Division 1 of Part II commence on the day on which this Act is notified in the Gazette .

(2) The remaining provisions commence on the day on which section 3 of the Consumer Credit (Administration) Act 1996 commences.
