CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 97

    Despite an order of the court under which a young person is detained in an institution or State institution, if the period for which the young person may be so detained would end on a non-working day, the young person may be released on the last working day before the day the period ends.
