CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 63
DefinitionsIn this Chapter—
fine has the meaning given by Part 9 (Enforcement of decisions), Division 2 (Enforcement of fines) of the Magistrates Court Act 1930".
"Minister , for a State, means—
(a) for the Northern Territory—a person holding ministerial office under the Northern Territory (Self-Government) Act 1978 of the Commonwealth; or
(b) in any other case—a Minister of the Crown of the State.
