CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 45
Assistance for community advocate(1) For the purpose of performing a statutory function, the community advocate may request a Territory entity to provide information, advice, guidance, assistance, documents, facilities or services relevant to the physical or emotional welfare of children and young people.
(2) If a request is made of an entity under subsection (1), the entity must promptly comply with the request.
