CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 440
Child care centres(1) A licence granted under section 120 (Licences) of the repealed Act in force immediately before the commencement day under which the licensee was providing care for a child at a child care centre is, on and after the commencement day, taken to have been granted under this Act.
(2) Nothing in this section applies to a licence granted under section 120 of the repealed Act in relation to care provided for a child to which Chapter 9 (Childrens Services) of this Act does not apply.
