CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 436

    A CSA order that a person have access to a child in force immediately before the commencement day is, on and after the commencement day, taken to be an order under this Act that the child have contact with the person.
