CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 392

    A person must not—

        (a)     impersonate someone appointed under this Act; or

        (b)     falsely represent himself or herself to be engaged in, or associated with, the administration of this Act.

Penalty: 50 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
