CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 383
Orders that Supreme Court may make(1) On an appeal of the kind mentioned in paragraph 380 (1) (a), (b) or (c) or subsection 380 (2), the Supreme Court may not make an order other than an order that could have been made by the Childrens Court in the proceeding appealed from.
(2) On an appeal of the kind mentioned in paragraph 380 (1) (d), (e) or (h), the Supreme Court may make an order that could have been made by the Childrens Court in the proceeding appealed from.
