CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 346

(1)     A licensee may apply to the chief executive at least 30 days, but not more than 60 days, before his or her licence expires for renewal of that licence.

(2)     An application must be—

        (a)     in writing in a form approved by the chief executive; and

        (b)     accompanied by any determined fee.

(3)     The chief executive may, on receiving any determined fee for late applications, consider an application for renewal of a licence that is received less than 30 days before the licence expires but before the licence expires.
