Opportunity for child or young person to be heardThe court must allow a child or young person who is the subject of a proceeding under this Chapter a reasonable opportunity to give his or her views or wishes personally to the court as to his or her ongoing care and protection unless satisfied that the child or young person is not capable of doing so.
