CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 25
Applications may be heard together(1) If 2 or more applications under this Act have been filed in relation to a child or young person, the court may hear and decide the applications together if it considers that it would be in the best interests of the child or young person.
(2) If 2 or more applications under this Act are before the court in relation to children or young people who are related or that raise related issues, the court may hear and decide the applications together if it considers that it would be in the best interest of each child or young person.
