CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 244

    A therapeutic protection order made as a final care and protection order may be made for a period of up to 8 weeks and may be varied under Division 7 (Final care and protection orders) to extend the term of the order for an additional period of up to 8 weeks each time a variation is sought.
