CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 205
When can the court make a domestic violence order or a restraining order?The court may make a domestic violence order or a restraining order—
(a) on application for a care and protection order; and
(b) at any time it could make an interim order; and
(c) in addition to an interim order, or in addition to, or in substitution for, the care and protection order applied for.
