CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 126

    If a young person is in a remand centre under this Act, the Remand Centres Act 1976 applies in relation to the young person as if the young person were a detainee within the meaning given by section 3 of that Act.
