CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 114

    A residential order, in relation to a young person, is an order made by the court requiring the young person to live at the place or with the person, whether within or outside the Territory—

        (a)     as is stated in the order; or

        (b)     as the chief executive from time to time directs.
