BUILDINGS (DESIGN AND SITING) (NO 30 OF 1993)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Buildings (Design and Siting) (Amendment) Act 1993.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Buildings (Design and Siting) Act 1964.1  
   4.      Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   5.      Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   6.      After section 6 of the Principal Act the following sections are inserted:  
   7.      Section 7 of the Principal Act is repealed.
