ANNUAL REPORTS (GOVERNMENT AGENCIES)  (No 119 of 1997)

- TABLE OF PROVISIONS

1.   This Act may be cited as the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) (Amendment) Act 1997.  
2.   This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.  
3.   In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 1995.1  
4.   Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended--

2.  This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.

3.  In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 1995.1
 Interpretation

- SECT 4
4.  Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended--
         (a)     by inserting after paragraph (a) of the definition of
"Territory instrumentality" the following paragraph:
     "(aa)     is a Territory owned corporation within the meaning of the
Territory Owned Corporations Act 1990;";
         (b)     by adding "or" at the end of paragraph (d) of the
definition of "Territory instrumentality"; and
         (c)     by omitting paragraph (e) of the definition of "Territory
instrumentality".
