AIR POLLUTION (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 2) - SECT 4

        (a)     by omitting subparagraphs (2) (a) (i) and (ii) and substituting the following subparagraphs:

    “(i)     to reduce a fire hazard;

              (ii)     to clear the land; or

              (iii)     to conserve biological diversity or ecological integrity; and”;

        (b)     by adding at the end of paragragh (3) (a) “and”;

    (c)     by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) “and”; and

    (d)     by omitting paragraph (3) (c).
