ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION (AMENDMENT) (NO 21 OF 1994)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Associations Incorporation (Amendment) Act 1994.  
   2.      This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Associations Incorporation Act 1991.1  
   4.      Section 70 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after “three-quarters” in paragraph (b) “of the votes”.
