HOLIDAYS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1997 (NO 2 OF 1997)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Holidays (Amendment) Act 1997.  
   2.      This Act commences on 28 February 1997.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Holidays Act 1958.1  
   4.      After section 4 of the Principal Act the following section and Schedule are added:
