FILM CLASSIFICATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1989 (NO 8 OF 1989)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Film Classification (Amendment) Act 1989.  
   2.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Film Classification Act 1971.1  
   3.      Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   4.      Section 9 of the Principal Act is repealed.
