Self-insurer to maintain occupational health and safety management system—Act, s 145U (c)It is a condition of a self-insurer licence that the employer maintain an occupational health and safety management system that complies with an Australian/New Zealand Standard on occupational health and safety referred to in a protocol relating to applying for a licence.
