WORKERS COMPENSATION REGULATION 2002 - REG 70
Particulars of insurer licence—Act, s 145J (b)An insurer licence must state the following:
(a) the insurer's name;
(b) if the insurer operates the insurance service under another name—the insurer's other name;
(c) the insurer's ABN or ACN.
