WORKERS COMPENSATION REGULATION 2002 - REG 55
Only 1 medical referee for arbitration(1) The same medical referee must help the Magistrates Court or a committee throughout an arbitration.
(2) However, another medical referee may help the Magistrates Court or committee if the medical referee is unavailable for any reason.
