WORKERS COMPENSATION REGULATION 2002 - REG 38

When must conciliation be held?

    (1)     A conciliation about a matter in issue arising from a worker's claim for compensation must be held before arbitration of the matter.

    (2)     This section does not apply if the matter in issue is an insurer's rejection of a worker's claim for compensation.
