Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) It is a condition of a rehabilitation provider's approval that the rehabilitation provider, or an employee of the provider, must not provide a rehabilitation service unless qualified to provide the service.
(2) For this section, a person is qualified to provide a rehabilitation service mentioned in table 22, column 2 only if the person has the qualification mentioned in column 3 for the service.

(3) For this section, a nurse is qualified to provide rehabilitation services if—
(a) the nurse has at least 12 months experience providing rehabilitation services; or
(b) the nurse has a qualification in safety science, occupational health and safety or ergonomics.
