WORKERS COMPENSATION REGULATION 2002 - REG 17

Minister may approve rehabilitation providers

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, approve a person as a rehabilitation provider.

    (2)     The Minister may approve a rehabilitation provider for not longer than 3 years.
