If the work health and safety council sets up an advisory committee mentioned in the href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/1951-2/default.asp" title="Workers Compensation Act 1951">Act

, section 206 (Minister must take advice), the Minister may ask the committee to give advice about who should be a medical referee.
