SUPERVISED INJECTING PLACE TRIAL REGULATION 2003 - REG 3 Reduction of membership of advisory committee--Act, s 20 (2) The membership of the advisory committee is reduced by omitting provision for the membership of people nominated by and representing the National Centre for Epidemiology and Health, the Canberra Injectors Network and the Australian Intravenous League. SUPERVISED INJECTING PLACE TRIAL REGULATION 2003 - REG 4 Extension of membership of advisory committee--Act, s 20 (2) The membership of the advisory committee is extended by including the following: (a) 1 person nominated by and representing the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health; (b) 2 people nominated by and representing the Australian Injecting and Illicit Drug Users League, of whom 1 must be an ACT-based peer representative. The changes are made if the Parliamentary Counsel considers they are desirable to bring the law into line, or more closely into line, with current legislative drafting practice.
