Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations Australian Capital Territory Consolidated RegulationsAt all times when an explosive-powered tool is being used in any work, the person who directly or by his or her servants or agents is carrying out that work shall cause to be displayed on the site of the work, so as to be clearly legible by all persons who are at or near the place where the tool is being used, a notice or notices as follows:
‘Warning—Explosive-Powered Tool In Use'.
