Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The road transport authority may, in writing, declare the maximum period for which a seasonal vehicle may be registered in any 12 month period.
(2) The registration of a seasonal vehicle must not be renewed for the period mentioned in section 68 (4) (b) or (c) if renewal for the period would mean the vehicle was registered for more than the maximum period.
(3) A declaration under subsection (1) is a disallowable instrument.
Note
A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the
Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
