Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The Legislation Act, section 47 (5) does not apply in relation to an instrument applied, adopted or incorporated as in force at a particular time under this regulation unless the instrument is expressed to be a notifiable instrument.

Note The text
of an applied, adopted or incorporated instrument, whether applied as in force
