Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The Legislation Act, section 47 (5) does not apply in relation to an instrument applied, adopted or incorporated as in force at a particular time under this regulation unless the instrument is expressed to be a notifiable instrument.

Note The text
of an applied, adopted or incorporated instrument, whether applied as in force
