ROAD TRANSPORT (DRIVER LICENSING) REGULATION 2000 - REG 46
Application for order authorising issue of restricted licence(1) An application by a person for an order authorising the road transport authority to issue a restricted licence to the person must be supported by an affidavit of the person setting out the grounds of the application.
(2) The respondents to the application are the road transport authority and the chief police officer.
